Hvit Rotta Finds the Daoine Sidhe

While lost in the bleak forests of the northern isles, Hvit Rotta came upon a magical circle of flowers, and met the faerie folk who welcomed him with music and shamrocks.
(Got a little carried away with this year's St Patrick's Day drawing).

Merle Dixon

I couldn't paint Daryl without painting Merle, his big bad older brother. I have always liked Michael Rooker, the actor who plays him. Gouache 5"x7".

Daryl Dixon

I decided to do something for fun and get some more practice painting in gouache (which I love) so I decided to try doing everyone's favorite redneck from The Walking Dead. Daryl is played by Norman Reedus. I'm not sure I have the likeness down perfectly, but I like the painting well enough to keep it. Of course now I will do Merle.
