Taking a break and doing some watercolor pendants. These measure one & a quarter by seven eights inches. I got some micro fine brushes at Jerry's Artarama recently that are great for this miniature stuff.

I just moved the Illustrated Rat Fan Page over to the new Timeline format. I know a lot of people don't like it, and I think FB should have given people the choice whether or not to use it, but I think it's good for showcasing artwork.

The subject of a Vote Rat Party came up on one of my groups and some people expressed an interest in a poster.| Reactions: |
There will be a complementary painting facing it. Both were commissioned to hang with the large Masquerade Ball.| Reactions: |
Today I started using these Dr. Martin's Hydrus Watercolors for the first time on the cat/rat circus pieces. How nice. They are liquid which is interesting to use. The colors are so rich. Much better than the cheapo (but good) pan set I've been painting with all this time. The Hydrus was on sale so I got all three sets. :)
