Another T shirt Design

All funds raised from these shirts will be put towards the ongoing rescue efforts that have been taking place between several individual rescuers since we first learned about the plight of the Mountain Valley Park Rats in Prescott Valley, AZ on June 7th. Collectively over 200 rats have been saved but so many more still remain at the park. We would like to continue on in our rescue efforts but funds are beyond exhausted. Caring for the ones we are fostering, food, medical needs, etc. is adding up fast. Please help us help these poor domestic ratties that have found themselves in this unfortunate situation. Someone originally dumped some rats in the park somewhere between 1-3 years ago and they have been breeding ever since. The cities solution is to kill them but we want to save them. Please consider buying a shirt to help us continue on in our efforts. And please consider adopting some of these ratties. We have MANY available for adoption right now of all ages. Thank you!

The shirt can be purchased through Bonfire here. The design has been altered slightly.

Sith Rats, to help the West Side Highway Rats

Gouache on bristol board, 8"x10". This painting is posted on eBay--all winnings will go to the Shadow Tail Squirrel and Small Animal Sanctuary, to help with the vet bills. They took in 23 of the NYC rats including those I will be adopting. This is the eBay link.

Help the West Side Highway Rats

I started a fund on Bonfire to help Helping All Little Things rescue who took in close to 150 of these poor rats. You can order a T shirt here. Sales end August 10th.

Irissa (from the TV show Defiance)

Irissa is a character I am very fond of in a show that is one of my favorites. This is actually taken from an amazing sequence at the end of Season 2.

Emergency in NYC:
Someone dumped over 100 pet rats (pews from what I hear) on a traffic island on the West Side Highway near 57th Street. I just heard about this last night, and have been relaying info as I get it (my friend who contacted me is not on FB). Efforts are underway to rescue these poor creatures, and I heard as of about 11 last night around 80 have been caught. Contact info if you want to help is:

Vet is: House Paws Mobile Vet

Please specify NYC rat rescue when contacting HALT as they also helped take in bunnies from a hoarding case recently.
You can also contact Tiger Buchman at the Empty Cage Collective who will be fostering some of these rats. Please share. These rescuers need all the help they can get. People who can foster some of these rats are desperately needed. Thanks.
