Doctor Kebin

A rough sketch of a dear friend that kinda maybe looks a little like him. Was out of my comfort zone here, working on a pillow on my lap.

New Cirque du Chats et Rats roughs

The person who commissioned the 11"x14" Masquerade Ball wants two Cirque paintings to flank it on either side. I don't usually post work in progress but I did this for myself to see the pair together. I may add something to the upper right hand corner of the right cat to make it balance the left a little better. Both will be 11"x8.5"

Masquerade Ball pencil

I don't usually post work in progress but this is kind of fun. It is a commissioned piece I will finish in watercolor with some pen work. 5.5" by 8.5".

sketches

A friend has written a cute children's story centering around her dumbo rat. I thought it would be fun to do some drawings based on it.
